Chef
Lead our culinary team at the Clipper Galley or in-house, crafting fresh, locally-inspired dishes that capture the spirit of the coast. You’ll oversee kitchen operations and ensure every plate meets our high standards for quality, flavor, and presentation. There are very few restaurants in the area, so we are a needed service.
Food Truck Order Taker
As the energetic face of the Clipper Galley, you’ll keep the line moving and the customers smiling during our high-traffic beach hours. Your primary goal is to accurately capture orders and manage the fast-paced flow of our outdoor service with ease. I
Sommelier
Curate an exceptional wine list that complements our seasonal menus and elevates the guest dining experience. You’ll use your deep knowledge of vintages and pairings to guide guests through our selection with both expertise and approachability.
Wine Server
Provide polished and attentive service by presenting and pouring our wine selections with care. You’ll help guests find the perfect glass to suit their palate while maintaining a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere in our dining areas.
Barista
Power the Pacific Beach morning by crafting artisanal espresso drinks at our mobile coffee truck. We’re looking for someone with a passion for the perfect pull, a quick hand, and a friendly attitude to kickstart our guests’ day.
Coffee Truck Order Taker
Keep the morning caffeine queue organized and efficient by greeting guests and processing payments with speed. You’ll act as the essential link between the customer and the barista, ensuring every custom latte order is communicated perfectly.
Cleaner
Maintain the pristine reputation of our hotel rooms and vacation rentals by ensuring every space is spotless and inviting. Your incredible eye for detail is what makes our guests feel truly at home from the moment they step through the door.
Event Planner
Conceptualize and execute a variety of gatherings at the Clipper Inn, from corporate retreats to community festivals. You’ll handle all logistics and vendor coordination to ensure every event runs seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression.
Wedding Planner
Specialize in making “happily ever after” a reality by guiding couples through the intricate details of their coastal nuptials. You’ll serve as the calm, organized presence behind the scenes, managing everything from the ceremony layout to the final reception toast.
Executive Assistant
Provide high-level administrative support to the Inn’s leadership, managing complex schedules, correspondence, and special projects. You’ll be the organizational glue that keeps our operations running smoothly as we navigate our busiest season of the year.
